Mr. Hemant Bansilal Waje brings 15+ years of real estate and development experience in Pune District. Through Sanskruti Developer’s proprietary-firm operations, he has been involved in residential and industrial plotting projects, with an emphasis on strategic locations, connectivity, transparent customer dealings and long-term value.
Mr. Manish Mehta
Mr. Manish Jayprakash Mehta brings 18+ years of overall professional experience, including 10+ years in real estate and 15+ years across sales and closing functions. His experience spans project sales, plotted developments, residential properties, villas, row houses, commercial opportunities and luxury real estate. He focuses on buyer engagement, high-value negotiations, developer relationships, channel-partner coordination and sales execution.
